## Cleaning Services
Elevated Coastal Cleaning Solutions provides professional, residential, and other cleaning services.
- When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a specific cleaning service.
- We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned, the number of bathrooms, and other specific requests.
- All bookings will always have a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events.
- Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or notified via email.

## Scheduling and Confirmation
### Confirmation:
- Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time.
- One of our representatives will contact you by email or phone to confirm your appointment.
### Appointment Window:
- We schedule cleanings in an order that minimises driving time.
- If you require a specific time, we will try to meet your needs, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Our company permits a one to two-hour arrival window due to unforeseen events (i.e. traffic, weather).
### Lockout Policy:
- If our representative is unable to access the property upon arrival, you will be charged a $100.00 lockout fee.

## Payment
- Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client portal on our website or via phone call.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been performed.
### Recurring Payment Authorisation:
- Customers who enrol in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services authorize our Company to charge their credit or debit card on file.
### Financial Responsibility:
- You agree to be financially responsible for all outstanding costs and fees for cleaning services.
- This includes but is not limited to collection costs, attorneys' fees, and legal costs.

## Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds as we are committed to providing the highest quality service.
- However, if you are unhappy with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

## Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:
- Unsafe conditions (weapons, disconnected utilities, aggressive pets).
- Extreme clutter or hazardous materials.
- Any situation that puts our cleaners at risk.

## Cancellations & Fees
### 24-Hour Cancellation Notice:
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee.
### Same-Day Cancellations & Lockouts:
- If our cleaner arrives at your property and is unable to gain access or is turned away, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

## Security and Alarms
- If your home has a security system, please notify us in advance and provide the code or ensure the system is off before our arrival.
- We are not responsible for any issues resulting from security systems not being properly disabled during scheduled cleaning.

## Using the Customer’s Equipment
- If you request that we use your vacuum or other cleaning equipment, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur.

## Breakage & Limited Liability
- While our cleaners take utmost care, accidents may occur. Any damages or losses must be reported within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Fragile or improperly installed items.

## Non-Solicitation Agreement
- By signing up for our services, you agree not to solicit our cleaners for direct employment for one year after your last service date.
- If you violate this policy, you agree to pay a $2,500 recruitment fee.

## Website Usage Terms
You agree not to:
- Copy or distribute our website content.
- Use data mining, scraping, or bots to extract information.
- Impersonate our business.
- Harass, stalk, or threaten our employees or customers.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any clause in this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of law, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
### E-Sign Consent:
- Each party agrees that this Agreement may be electronically signed.
- Electronic signatures carry the same legal force as handwritten signatures.
